Local authorities arrested two people on traffic charges. The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department arrested 25 year old Rachel Pennington of Bridgeport for Driving While License Suspended and the Lawrenceville Police Department arrested 34 year old Risley Buchanon of Lawrenceville for Having No Valid License. Both were released after posting $2500 bond each. Vincennes Police arrested 53 year old Karl Tislow of Vincennes for Probation Violation, Resisting Arrest and Possession of a Controlled Substance and 29 year old Charles Somers of Vincennes for Domestic Battery. Both men were being held without bond in the Knox County Indiana Jail.
