Reports out of Vincennes indicate that another business is set to locate in the Kimmell Pointe area of the city in the future. The Knox County Area Plan Commission has approved a request for signage for a new Marshalls store near the Texas Roadhouse and Hobby Lobby locations already under construction. It is anticipated that the company will file for a land use permit from the proper agencies shortly.
