The Lawrenceville Lady Basketball Indians split in opening day pool play at the Merry Mule Holiday Tournament in Fairfield Thursday. They knocked off Eldorado 70-43 and then lost to Mt Carmel 65-49 to drop to 11-3 on the season. Play will continue Friday with the Lady Indians meeting Flora at 1:30 p.m. and then playing another contest later in the day.
