New Vincennes Police Chief Robert Dunham was sworn in Wednesday morning. He was given the oath of office by Mayor Joe Yochum who appointed him to the position left vacant by the resignation of Dusty Luking. It is his second stint as chief of the department. The date has also been set for the swearing in of the newly-elected Vincennes City officials. They will take their oaths on Sunday December 29th at 2 p.m. Eastern Time in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. The public is invited to attend.
