The Lawrenceville Lady Basketball Indians rolled to their second win of the season Thursday night in Bridgeport as they knocked off the Red Hill Lady Salukis 53-20. The Lady Indians were in control throughout and led 28-6 at the half enroute to the win. Jayley Akers led the Lady Indians with 16 points with Katelyn Higginbotham adding 11. The 1-1 Lady Salukis were led by Caitlyn Bowersock with 8 points. The Lady Indians will play in the multi-team round robin Hamilton County Invitational starting Monday while the Lady Salukis are at home Tuesday against Martinsville.
