Lawrence County paused Monday to honor those who have served the country in military service on Veterans Day 2019. The traditional outdoor ceremony was held indoors this year due to the weather conditions at the Lawrenceville VFW Post on 12th Street. Guest speaker for the affair was Vincennes attorney David Rollegan- a veteran of over 20 years in the National Guard. His message was on the meaning of veterans service to the nation and appreciation to all that have and will serve in the future.
