Reports out of Wayne County in southeastern Illinois indicate that businesswoman Sarah Frey has decided to not run for the Illinois 15th District Congressional seat being vacated by John Shimkus. In a statement this week, Frey says she is not going to run now because the timing is not right for her to set aside her pumpkin raising and selling business to campaign for the seat. She did however say that she has not ruled out future political opportunities.
