The Vincennes Redevelopment Commission met in special session last Friday and did approve by unanimous vote a quiet title action to move forward with the development of housing on 6 Blight Elimination Program properties owned by the city. The action clears the property titles for aqquisition by Advantix Development Company who will construct housing on those parcels of land. It is anticipated that work on those will begin in about 30 days.
