An Olney man has announced he will seek the Republican nomination for Richland County Circuit Judge in the primary election next year. Attorney Ray Vaughn made his intentions known this week. He will look to replace the retiring Larry Dunn. Vaughn is a lifelong resident of Richland County and has practiced law there for close to 40 years. He also served as mayor of Olney from 2013 through 2017.
