Lawrenceville Police investigated a two vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Third and State Streets. A 1996 GMC 1500 Truck being driven by Grady Painter of Lawrenceville collided with the rear of a 2018 Chevrolet whose driver was Taylor Held of Edwardsport Indiana at that location around 2:50 p.m. Neither driver was hurt. Both vehicles suffered damages in the collision but both were able to be driven from the accident scene. Authorities indicated that there were no tickets issued.
