Reports out of Knox County Indiana indicate the Knox County Development Corporation executive director Kent Utt is stepping down. His resignation will take effect immediately. Utt has headed the economic development organization for five years. He will remain a consultant into early next year. He will then go into appraisel work. Among his achievements with the KCDC was the expansion of the Knox County Industrial Park located on U.S. 41 south of Vincennes.
