Authorities in Vigo County Indiana have released the name of a Knox County Indiana woman who was fatally struck by a vehicle this past Saturday. 41 year old Donnetta Pummell of Vincennes was hit when she walked out in front of the vehicle while visiting vendors at the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. She died of her injuries at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. No charges will be filed in connection with the fatal mishap.
