The Knox County Indiana Sheriffs Department arrested two Vincennes people after their involvement in an altercation Thursday morning. 44 year old Manuel Hernandez and 37 year old Linda Shots were both charged with Domestic Battery at the scene of the disturbance in the 1200 block of McCord Street. Both were being held pending bond in the Knox County Jail.
