The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department made two arrests Thursday. 31 year old Duncan Tate of Lawrenceville was picked up on a Lawrence County warrant for Aggravated Battery. He was later released from the Lawrence County Jail on $15,000 bond. 32 year old Matthew Scaggs of Albion was charged with Failure to Appear. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held on $2500 bond. Lawrenceville Police Thursday arrested 34 year old Anthony Burcham of Bridgeport for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He was taken to the Lawrence County jail and was being held pending the setting of bond.
