A Silver Alert has been issued for a Florida man missing here in Southeastern Illinois. 66 year old Charles Egner has been missing since Wednesday. He was last seen walking in a wooded area near Martinsville in Clark County. He was wearing a camoflaque shirt and pants and is about 6 feet 1 inches tall weighing about 240 pounds with gray hair and green eyes. Illinois State Police say he does suffer from dementia. Anyone spotting a man of this description or knowing of his whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest law enforcement authority.
