VERIZON WIRELESS ROBBERS IN FEDERAL COURT

The three Indiana men charged in connection with the late July armed robbery of the Verizon Wireless store in Mt Carmel have pled not guilty in federal court this week. 18 year old Latrell Coe, 18 year old Jalen Davis and 24 year old Anthony Suber were indicted this week by a federal grand jury. They made their initial appearances in Benton and were being held in federal custody without bond. Pre-trial in the case is scheduled for Wednesday November 20th with a jury trial in federal court to begin on Monday December 2nd.
