Two people suspected in the breakin of a vacant residence in the rural Allendale area of Wabash County were taken into custody here in Lawrence County. Authorities say the arrests were made in Bridgeport after a search warrant was obtained as part of the investigation. Charged were 36 year old Lacee Moon of Lawrenceville and 36 year old Clyde “CR” Metz of Vincennes. They were being held on $4000 cash bond each. Metz was found to have warrants out for him in both Lawrence County and Knox County Indiana. Assisting in the joint investigation with the Wabash County Sheriffs Department were the Illinois State Police, Lawrence County Sheriffs Department, and St Francisville Police. There are more arrests anticipated in the case.
