Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Special Agent James Soper will be in Vincennes Friday. He will make a presentation on what to do in the case of an active shooter at the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center on the Campus of Vincennes University. It will be from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. and the public is invited to attend. Soper is a VU alumnus and will discuss other topics as well such as how to react to robberies and workplace violence.
