Jose Iglesius had an RBI double in the top of the 10th inning to enable the Cincinnati Reds to beat the Chicago Cubs 3-2 in 10 innings Wednesday night at Wrigley Field. The win gave the Reds two out of three in the series. James Norwood took the loss in relief for the Cubs. The Cubs remain tied with Milwaukee for the second NL wild card 1 1/2 games behind first NL wild card Washington. The loss also dropped the Cubs to 3 games behind the Central Division leading St Louis Cardinals. That sets up a big four game weekend series at Wrigley between the Cubs and Cards starting Thursday night. It will be Jack Flaherty (10-8) going for the Redbirds in game one versus Kyle Hendricks (11-9).
