Reports out of Knox County Indiana indicate a Bicknell man has been taken into custody in connection with an alledged case of child rape. 20 year old Andrew Derouin was arrested Sunday by authorities after being questioned by the Sheriffs department about the incident. He was preliminarily charged with Battery, Rape, and Child Molestation under the age of 14 by Force. He was booked into the Knox County jail and was being held on $75,000 cash bond.
