The Lawrence County Memorial Hospital Board met in regular session Tuesday and approved a new sign for the medical facility. The decision was made after a presentation by Custom Signs of Evansville-one of two companies considered for the sign. The new sign will be about 10 feet long and 5 1/2 feet tall and be located in place of the existing sign at the front entrance/exit of the hospital on State Street. It will feature the new LCMH logo and other things such as a digital message screen. If all goes well, it is anticipated that the new sign will be up in about one month.
