Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has announced that farmers in all 92 counties in the state including Knox are eligible for disaster assistance from the federal goverment after excessive rain and flooding. Indiana farmers can apply for low interest loans to restore or replace property, pay for living expenses, refinance certain debts and reorganize. In addition 74 counties were designated as primary natural disaster areas. 18 other counties also qualify because they are next to the disaster areas.
