Both the Parkview Lady Softball Braves and the Red Hill Junior High Miss Softball Salukis picked up home wins Tuesday. The Lady Braves won their second in a row with a 6-0 win over Hutsonville-Palestine at Phil Alsman Field. Addy Brush tossed a 2 hit shutout and both Alyssa Griggs and Abby Taylor had 2 hits. The Lady Braves are now 3-7 and will host Martinsville Wednesday. The Miss Salukis won their fifth game in a row with a 10-0 win in 6 innings over Allendale at Leigh Ann Westall Field in Bridgeport. Austin Fischer picked up the pitching win with Ryan Fiscus finishing up. The Miss Salukis improve to 8-1 on the season and will play at Hutsonville-Palestine Thursday.
