Oneta Louise Campbell

Oneta Louise Campbell, age 99, of Lawrenceville, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at the United Methodist Village – North Campus in Lawrenceville, Illinois. She was born November 10, 1919 in Eagle Butte, South Dakota, the daughter of Joseph and Rosa (Hageman) Hoffman. She married Bernard Francis Deloriea, and later married Shella Campbell, both preceded her in death.

Oneta had worked at White Diner in Lawrenceville, Illinois and other various restaurants in the area. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She was also a member of the VFW, Moose, and Eagles Ladies Auxilliaries.

Preceding Oneta in death were husbands, parents, one brother: Herman, and four sisters: Bertha, Dorothy, Leona, Marcalene.

Survivors include: one son, Joseph Deloriea and wife, Peggy, of Lawrenceville, Illinois; two daughters, Debbie Deloriea of Lawrenceville, Illinois, and Nancy Barrix and husband, Jim, of Lawrenceville, Illinois; three grandchildren, Andy Deloriea, Amy Neeley, Angie Ehrl; two great-grandchildren Austin Deloriea and Kourtney Loudermilk; one great-great-grandchild, Alexander Loudermilk; and one step-great-grandchild, Breanna Woodward.

Funeral mass will take place Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Burial will take place in the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in Claremont, Illinois.
