The Gold beat the Black 42-3 Saturday in a weather-shortened Wabash Valley Football Coaches Association All-Star game at Indiana State University in Terre Haute. The Gold led 28-3 at the half and the game was called with 4:38 to go in the third quarter by lightning and incoming storms. Drew Moore of the Red Hill Salukis was a running back on the Black squad and did carry 5 times for 27 yards. He also was named as the recipient of the Brett Eitel Memorial Scholarship for Academics. Moore will continue his football career at Depauw University at Greencastle Indiana.
