Authorities have released the names of those injured in a single-vehicle accident which occurred on Route 33 near Russellville Sunday. Authorities say a tree fell on the vehicle being driven by Phillip Goodman of Flat Rock. Goodman was injured and taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. One of the three passengers in the pickup truck, Thomas Goodman of Champaign, was also injured and taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital.
