Chicago Cubs top pitching prospect Adbert Alzolay pitched four innings of impressive relief in his major league debut Thursday night at Wrigley Field to lead them to a 7-4 comeback win over the New York Mets. The Mets led early off of Cub starter Tyler Chatwood before Alzolay entered in relief. The Cub offense broke through with a six run bottom of the third inning keyed by Javier Baez who homered and tripled and Anthony Rizzo who hit a two run double. The Cubs are now 26-12 at the friendly confines and host game two of the four game  series Friday afternoon. It will be Jason Vargas (3-3) pitching for the Mets and Yu Darvish (2-3) for the Cubs. The contest can be heard on Lite 103 WAKO beginning with the pregame show at 12:45 p.m. Central Time 1:45 Eastern.
