Daniel Crabtree was named as the new North Knox Warrior boys head basketball coach late last week. The move was made Friday during a special session of the North Knox school board. The 33 year old Crabtree was picked from over 20 applicants for the position by a seven member search committee. He has coached boys and girls track and cross country at both Tecumseh and Princeton high schools in Indiana but this is his first varsity head basketball position. Crabtree suceeds Matt Houchin who resigned last month after four seasons as Warrior head man.
