A Vincennes man was arrested Friday night in the VU Tech Building parking lot. Vincennes University Police charged 39-year-old Jared Dixon with Operating While Intoxicated. Dixon was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Paraphernalia and also Resisting Law Enforcement. Dixon was taken to the Knox County Jail.
