The Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians picked up a non-conference road win Tuesday at Martinsville. They defeated the Lady Blue Streaks 8-1. The Lady Indians scored 8 runs on 11 hits and made no errors while the hosts scored 1 run on 6 hits and committed 2 errors. Raylin Carey had a solid day at the plate with 3 hits and 3 RBI, Alyssa Garza had a hit and drove in 3, and Sara Joines and Jayley Akers each had 2 hits. Melody Lockhart was the winning pitcher for LHS.
