Terry Bruce, CEO of the four college system of Illinois Eastern Community Colleges, has announced his retirement effective June 30th. Bruce was first chosen as CEO in March 1996. The IECC includes Frontier College in Fairfield, Lincoln Trail in Robinson, Olney Central in Olney, and Wabash Valley in Mt. Carmel. Bruce’s contract was recently extended to August 2021, but he said it was time to make a change.
