Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes man for drug possession following a traffic stop. Troopers stopped a vehicle driven by 29 year-old Demencio Canchola at 12th and Hart Streets. Canchola’s Ford Ranger was stopped because of a defective license plate light. During the stop, State Police found around 435 grams of marijuana, 10 morphine pills, and $3,600 in cash. Canchola was charged with dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of a controlled substance. Canchola was taken to the Knox County Jail
