St. Francisville Woman Arrested in Wabash County April 17, 2019 WAKO News Mt. Carmel Police arrested a St. Francisville woman standing outside of the Wabash County Jail. 50 year old Rebecca L. Carie was advised that she was wanted on a Wabash County deceptive practice warrant. Carie was booked into the Wabash County Jail.
