Sunday, a Dubois County man was jailed in Washington on numerous charges. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 28-year-old Dumelson Garcon with two counts of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated including with a Controlled Substance and with Endangerment. He’s also charged with Reckless Driving and Possession of a Syringe. Bond was posted.
