Greene County authorities arrested a Vincennes man on a Knox County warrant for two counts of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender. Authorities arrested 31-year-old Robert Alumbaugh after it was determined he had been living at a Greene County residence for more than 72 hours. Knox County authorities describe Alumbagh as a non-compliant sexually violent predator and a habitual failure to register.
