A change-of-plea hearing has been set for the former Executive Director of the Knox County Solid Management District. 51-year-old Tracy Clinkenbeard is charged with theft in the illegal diversion of funds from the District during her time in office. Her hearing is set for eleven a-m April 22nd in Knox Superior Court One. Clinkenbeard can be sentenced to up to 180 days of jail time on the theft charge. Clinkenbeard also faces up to $400,000 she would have to pay.
