A new trial date has been set for a Patoka man facing felony charges in connection with the death of his infant son last May. 22 year-old Kwin T. Boes is charged with Level 1 felony counts of aggravated battery resulting in death and neglect of a dependent resulting in death. He is accused of causing the death of his 11-week-old son, Parker Boes, who died at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. Police say an autopsy confirmed that the baby died from blunt force head trauma. The five-day trial is scheduled to begin June 10th. A final pre-trial hearing has scheduled for 9 a.m. on May 29th.
