Lawrence County authorities arrested a Lawrenceville man for retail theft Friday. Sheriff’s deputies took 25 year-old Douglas Rutkowski into custody. Rutkowski was also found to be wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Rutkowski was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and later released on bond.
