Four local players from Lawrence County were selected to the 2018-19 Little Illini Girls All-Conference Teams by vote of league coaches. Jayley Akers of the Lawrenceville Lady Indians was picked for the first team, Kyleigh Richards of the Red Hill Lady Salukis was a second team pick, and Sydni Williams of the Lady Indians and Hannah Murray of the Lady Salukis were Honorable Mentions.
