Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes woman during a patrol in Gibson County. 36-year-old Emily Dunaway was arrested during a crash investigation for Driving While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction. Dunaway was also arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Level greater than .15%, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Failure to Identify.
