The White County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate the death of an Indiana man whose body was discovered laying on the ground, next to a vehicle on the Interstate 64 westbound on-ramp, south of Grayville Saturday morning. Officers arrived to discover a Ford pickup truck parked along the on-ramp and a male subject laying on the ground on the passenger side of the truck. It was apparent the man had a gunshot wound to the head and was deceased. As authorities removed the body, a Glock 9mm handgun was located underneath the man, who was later identified as Glenn H. Norris, 60, of Deputy, Indiana. While it was considered an apparent suicide, the White County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate.
