Indiana State Police arrested four people overnight for Possession of a Syringe and Paraphernalia and for Maintaining a Common Nuisance. 24-year-old Mersadie D. Wheeler of Westphalia, 39-year-old Michael P. Archer, 39-year-old Darrick J. Perkins and 38-year-old Shandy J. Wilson all of Washington were booked into the Daviess County Security Center in Washington without bond.
