The Lawrence County Board met in regular session Wednesday afternoon. The county board approved upon committee recommendation a resolution governing a county highway utility permit policy and regulations. Those who fail to follow the application process will be subject to a fine. The board also approved a resolution to appropriate motor fuel tax funds for the salary of County Engineer Aaron Mefford.
