A Vincennes man was arrested on multiple drug-related charges at the Steak ‘n Shake on Hart Street Thursday night. Vincennes Police charged 28 year-old Jesse Cummings with dealing in marijuana. Cummings was also charged with possession of meth, a legend drug, and paraphernalia. Cummings was taken to the Knox County Jail.
