Authorities are investigating a deliberately set fire that damaged a vacant home in south Lawrenceville Wednesday night. Units of the Lawrence-Allison Fire Protection District and Bridgeport Fire Protection District were called out to the fire location at 1808 12th Street at around 8:11 p.m. There were no reported injuries. The home is owned by Kevin Hill of Springfield Garden, New York. The fire did an estimated $8,000 worth of damage to the structure. Arson has been ruled as the cause. Authorities continue to investigate.
