A Vincennes man was arrested following a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of West Jefferson Monday.
Vincennes Police charged 27 year-old Jess Messenger with domestic battery, strangulation, intimidation, and possession of marijuana. Messenger was taken to the Knox County Jail.
