University of Illinois Springfield womens basketball sophomore and former Lawrenceville Lady Indian Brianna Mefford broke the school single game rebounding record Monday. She pulled down 20 boards during the UIS 104-40 win over Robert Morris University-Springfield. She completed a double-double by scoring 10 points for the Prairie Stars who are now 3-5 on the season. Mefford is also the leading career rebounder in Lawrenceville Lady Indian basketball.
