The Bridgeport City Council met in regular session Tuesday. The City Council finalized the hiring of a school resource officer. The council voted unanimously voted to hire Danny Ash as the new school resource officer for the Bridgeport Unit 10 school district. Ash’s hiring becomes effective on February 1st.
