The Red Hill Basketball Salukis kicked off their 2018-19 season with a win Monday night on the road at Cisne 60-37. They trailed after one quarter 9-7 but gradually assumed control of the game with pressure zone defense that produced 27 Lion turnovers total on the night. Drew Moore pumped in 23 points and Parker Havill added 16 to help spur the victory. The 1-0 Salukis will next see action Friday in the Capital Classic tournament in Bridgeport when they face Mt Carmel at 11 a.m.
