Washington Police arrested a Vincennes man for drug possession Friday. 30-year-old Brandon Cummins was charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Refusal, OWI, and Endangerment. Cummins was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Cummins was taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
